After a day of rest, I welcomed Day 6 with loads of energy. I started the day with a light breakfast, followed by a lunch of noodles and vegetables. The weather was beautiful and so I took advantage and went for a walk in the sun. When I came home, I even surprised myself by going for a HIIT run on the treadmill!
Food diary for day 6:
Breakfast: Peanut butter toast with a sprinkle of raw sugar. Egg tart. Coffee.
Lunch: Udon with Shacha sauce and bok choi.
Break: Iced coffee (no sugar). Smoked salmon with cheese and capers and crackers.
Dinner: Shepherd’s pie and honey roasted carrots.
Dessert: Coffee and 2 chocolate truffles.
